Our client is looking for a Systems Administrator - Level 1 Desktop Support to join their Team. This position will maintain and develop the ongoing reliability, performance, and support of the systems environment as it pertains to user access. In addition, this role will follow defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems and perform troubleshooting for simple to moderately complex hardware, software, and network problems as it relates to user access.
Top skills you need to have: - Minimum 1 year of experience with level one customer service
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Basic computer skills, including networking, IT device management, PC and Mac operations
- Strong Multitasking ability
- High degree of demonstrated customer service and hospitality skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Experience with Office M365, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, preferred
- Experience with BYOD, preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, preferred
- High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree, preferred
