A FULL HOUSE OF TOTAL REWARDS - Compensation: Initial hiring range of $85,620 - $94,182 DOE, with opportunities to reach a maximum of $123,294 through annual merit increases. The salary offered will be determined based on your qualifications and internal equity.

PURPOSE The Systems Administrator is responsible for providing implementation assistance and ongoing support of Infrastructure Systems. The Systems Administrator is expected to contribute to the IT architecture foundation by maintaining principles, best practices, guidelines, and standards as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES - Server & Application Support: Provide Tier II & III support for server and application systems, ensuring smooth operation for users and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Systems & Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the Casino, Gaming, and Tribal Gaming Commission environments, making necessary changes to optimize performance.
- Windows Server Administration: Administer, configure, and support Windows servers in a dynamic environment, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate large-scale projects, working with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely and successful completion.
- Infrastructure Systems Expertise: Serve as subject matter expert for Snoqualmie Casino's infrastructure systems, including:
o Installation, configuration, and support of server and network hardware.
o Implementation and maintenance of enterprise wireless systems.
o Monitoring and automation of hardware and application systems.
o Configuration of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and File Servers.
o Systems patching through WSUS.
o SAN/NAS storage management.
o VMware virtualization and enterprise backup systems management.
o Security management, including virus protection, NAC, and certificate management.
- Documentation & Process Maintenance: Maintain current documentation on infrastructure systems, configurations, and processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to both staff and clients.
- Adaptability & Skill Development: Adapt to changing priorities and enhance technical skills as required by evolving business needs.
- On-Call Responsibilities: Participate in rotating on-call duties to provide after-hours support and resolve any system issues that arise.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of IT infrastructure operations.
Requirements
Education and Experience : - Three (3)+ years direct experience working as Systems Administrator.
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years equivalent experience.
- Any combination of education and experience that clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the job duties of the position.
- In-depth knowledge of server, networking, and middleware:
o Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux Server operating systems.
o Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server.
o Experience with Active Directory & Domain architecture, NTFS permissions, DFS Architecture, Access Based Enumeration and DNS
o Experience with Network security.
o Experience with network switching, multi VLAN environments (Aruba and Cisco).
o Experience with managing enterprise SAN and NAS environments.
o Experience managing VMware ESXi and VSphere environments.
o Experience with enterprise wireless deployment and administration.
o Experience with writing and modifying Batch, VBscript, and PowerShell.
o Experience with enterprise managed antivirus and patch management.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
