Summary:
Handles multiple applications, systems, network, and/or telecommunications activities. Manages information systems throughout the organization. May include programming, analysis, networking, data processing, and/or administration responsibilities. Resolves technical problems. Researches and recommends technology. Coordinates information system priorities.

Responsibilities:
Provides recommendations on tools to monitor and support all environments. Assists with making process and system improvement recommendations to assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, leveraging best practices and professional experiences. Installs and maintains the organization's computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity. Recommends improvement in programs and procedures to simplify or maximize efficiency of operations. Analyzes and solves computer problems, and assures technology meets the needs of the organization. Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree and two years related experience, or a combination of equivalent experience and training. ITIL V3 Foundations certification preferred.

Posted Min Pay Rate:
USD $68,075.21/Yr.

Posted Max Pay Rate:

Salary Disclosure:
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance. This includes factors such as education, certifications, and extensive/unique experience beyond what is required.
