Job Summary

The Systems Administrator will manage, support, and maintain 3 Box Enterprise EIDs with 3000+ users. This role will work daily in and require a working knowledge of Box Governance, Box Shield, Box AI, Box Hubs, and Box Sign. You will lead the process of restructuring and automating existing Box folders and processes in partnership with internal teams and Box representatives. The successful candidate will have the ability to implement new features such as Box Apps, AutoDoc Gen, Box AI Studio, and more.

Responsibilities
  • User management: Managing user accounts, creating groups, and adding users to groups
  • File and folder management support: Viewing and editing organization files and folders and migrating files and folders
  • Security and permissions: Setting up automation to secure Box accounts, and understanding enterprise security and sharing
  • Reporting: Generating reports and running reports for groups
  • Integration: Integrating third-party applications and customizing Box to integrate with other products
  • Technical strategy: Contributing to technical strategy and supporting the creation of technical documentation
  • Business partnerships: Building and sustaining business partnerships and driving the adoption of the Box platform
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting, providing support, and analyzing tickets related to Box issues
  • Best practices: Assisting and guiding with Box's best practices and standards
  • Project implementation: Leading project implementations, including architecture designs and solution strategy
  • Technical documentation: Authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents
Basic Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in Box administration within a large-scale enterprise.
  • Experience managing IT projects and automation workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in Box Governance, Box Shield, Box Al, Box Hubs, and Box Sign.
  • Experience integrating Box with other applications; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and system log analysis skills.
  • Experience with automation tools to streamline workflows and security settings.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems (preferred).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for technical processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work across teams and time zones.
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
  • Ability to participate in bi-monthly, off-hours IT maintenance windows to perform intrusive maintenance tasks.
