Your role:

• Manage and monitor the entire IT infrastructure, collaborating with a 20-person IT team.

• Configure and maintain critical IT systems, ensuring seamless and secure performance.

• Troubleshoot server and network issues, maintain backup infrastructure, and ensure data integrity.

• Work hands-on with a range of technologies, including cloud solutions, security systems, and data protection appliances.

• Propose new IT strategies, recommend cutting-edge hardware and software, and optimize systems to support healthcare innovations.

• Provide ongoing training and technical guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What you'll need:

• 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, particularly on Windows Server platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the Office Suite.

• Solid understanding of network architecture, Exchange, Office365, and Active Directory.

• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is a plus.

• Excellent analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, with a passion for continuous improvement.
