Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Systems Administrator (Enterprise Systems exp req) Description

Our client, a national retail leader, is seeking a Systems Administrator to support their enterprise IT infrastructure at their Harrisburg, PA headquarters. In this role, you will manage and support a complex Windows-based environment with thousands of devices. You'll be responsible for server installation, operations, and maintenance while leveraging tools like Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization platforms. The right candidate will be comfortable working in high-availability enterprise environments and supporting after-hours needs when required. Systems Administrator (Enterprise Network & Systems exp req) Responsibilities

• Manage installation, maintenance, and performance of enterprise servers

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem & Azure), O365, SQL Server

• Design and implement virtualization environments (VMware, Citrix, etc.)

• Configure network maps and wireless infrastructure in new/existing sites

• Monitor, update, and patch systems to address vulnerabilities

• Assist with firewall rule creation, firmware updates, and endpoint security

• Support disaster recovery strategies including SAN and off-site backups

• Partner with security team on threat mitigation and system hardening

• Respond to system issues and provide technical support for staff

• Participate in after-hours maintenance and occasional weekend support

Systems Administrator (Enterprise Networking & Systems Admin exp req) Qualification

• 5+ years of Windows Systems Administration experience required

• Experience managing enterprise environments (w/ 1,000s of devices) required

• Server installation, operations, and maintenance experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory (on-prem & Azure) and Office 365 required

• Backup and disaster recovery tools experience required

• Virtualization (VMware, Citrix, or similar) experience required
