Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SystemAdministrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our software, hardware,and networks. The role requires a proactive individual who can ensure seamlessoperation in our 24/7 IT infrastructure, supporting both gaming andadministrative functions.
Key Responsibilities: - System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose root cause and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Security: Implement security measures by our cybersecurity team to protect data and systems from cyber threats.
- Upgrades: Plan and execute system upgrades and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Backup and Recovery: Maintain backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data integrity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Support: Provide escalated technical support and address any IT-related queries or issues and perform other duties as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills - Associates degree in Computer Science or related field from a community college or other approved educational institution required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration, preferably in the casino or gaming industry.
- Skills:Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, 365 Suite, Mimecast). Experience with Microsoft Services (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
- Knowledge of database management (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle).
- Ability to script and automate tasks using languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with casino management systems is a plus.
- MFA (Duo), SSO, and authentication protocols (SAML, LDAP) are a plus.
- AS/400 Knowledge is a plus. Linux Administration is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to system management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
