Job Overview: Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for a suite of business systems that support administrative functions within a federal environment. This role includes systems administration, technical support, desktop services, and occasional IT support tasks, such as hardware relocations, system testing, and after-hours support.
Location: MacDill AFB, FL.
Responsibilities: System Administration & Maintenance - Install, configure, test, update, and maintain business systems on Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019 platforms
- Administer, remediate, and patch systems to address security vulnerabilities using tools like Tenable Security Center
- Manage system configurations and performance; ensure uptime and responsiveness of key business applications
- Perform light database, network, and application administration as needed
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, SOPs, and user/admin guides
Technical & User Support - Serve as first-line support for users, managing requests via ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Deliver system demonstrations and user training sessions across all levels of the organization
- Provide desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and device deployment
- Relocate and install IT equipment as directed
- Manage and administer SharePoint sites and user permissions
- Conduct testing of IT systems and support system rollouts, updates, and upgrades

- Output Manager, AutoStore, Device Registration Service
- Print shop production management platforms (e.g., EFI MarketDirect)
- Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) management tools (e.g., Titus)
- Digital signage systems (e.g., X2O)
- Visitor access control systems (e.g., PassagePoint)
- Mail and package tracking software
- Font management platforms (e.g., Extensis Universal Type Server)
- RFID key management systems (e.g., KeyTracer)
- Biometric enrollment software (e.g., HID Global LiveScan)
Qualifications: Required: - Must be able to pass a US Government Background Check
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and enterprise IT infrastructure
- Experience with system patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation
- Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Ability to support IT hardware deployment and relocation tasks
- Ability to work on-site and move between multiple building floors as needed
Desired: - Familiarity with federal IT environments
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration and site configuration
- Background supporting digital signage, printing solutions, or access control systems
