Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Genuine interest in helping people and patience to support non-tech savvy end users.
• Able to speak to and support a multitude of customers, from operations to leadership
• Attention to detail in handling and tracking technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure Cloud; IaaS, PaaS, etc.
• Intermediate Networking Knowledge; TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, SDWAN, VPN, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge of MDM Platforms; Meraki SM & Microsoft Endpoint (Intune) or comparable MDM solutions
• Intermediate knowledge of the administration of enterprise/ITIL compliant service management systems such as ServiceDesk Plus (preferred) or ServiceNow.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 Management Knowledge; Licensing, Admin Center, Etc.

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years of advanced support experience with progressing responsibilities
• College Degree Preferred
• Technical Certifications a Plus; Microsoft and/or ServiceNow Preferred
• ITIL Certification a plus
