Payrate: $48.00 - $52.00/Hour
Summary: The primary focus of this position is the configuration and maintenance of our time and attendance systems, in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position supports the North American service region. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and maintaining a wide variation of rule sets to meet the needs of clients across multiple US states and Canadian provinces.
Responsibilities Include: - Tier 2 support and ticket management for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) Time & Attendance System and Payroll related questions and issues.
- Monitoring integrations between our primary HCM system of record (Workday), timekeeping and Payroll systems.
- Consult with subsidiaries regarding timekeeping needs, then implement and test system configurations to address.
- Manage regular system upgrades and firmware upgrades for time clocks
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware problems
- Participate in and contribute to project planning and activity for HR systems, including managing small projects independently.
- Meet with management, subsidiaries, vendors, and others as needed to discuss and resolve problems.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or 3+ years of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and/or UKG Workforce Central work experience
Experience: - Time & Attendance/Timekeeping systems implementation experience required (configurations, enhancements, system management)
- UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping system experience preferred
- UKG Workforce Central timekeeping system experience preferred

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$48.00 - $52.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
