System Services and Support Analyst
Westlake or merrimack -2 weeks onsite in a month

Must Have Skills:

10+ years of hands-on experience deploying and/or supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale
4 + years of experience in Cloud support (AWS) and migration skills; Experience with building and operating highly resilient platforms in AWS cloud environments
Demonstrated ability to apply modern monitoring tools (DataDog, Prometheus, Splunk)
Extensive experience with Oracle and PL/SQL
Analyze code (PL/SQL, Perl, Shell script) to troubleshoot and propose long term solutions.
Expertise in writing PL/SQL code, Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers etc.

This role is part of the AMT Fixed Income team based in Merrimack.
This role will work on incidents, troubleshooting of batch and application issues and provides on-call support during the week and weekends.
They support the trading floor and fixed income and most of the team is in MMK.
