Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) provides helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and "self-direct" their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We will, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, support the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Monitoring
  • Rules Engine processing/Monitoring
  • OCR Monitoring
  • Monitoring Web Services - Mail and Fax folders
  • Jobs monitoring, re-triggering on failure and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting SQL sessions for table locking
  • Retriggering failed jobs
  • Batch Management
  • Scheduled Jobs Monitoring
  • Escalation to on-call/infrastructure team members
  • 365-day support
  • Pre-payroll to payroll job monitoring
  • ETL Jobs monitoring
  • Sending daily updates of process schedules
  • Troubleshooting common issues
  • Data Analysis/Data Engineering: Applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive meaningful insights, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel.
  • Coursework or hands-on projects demonstrating data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization techniques (experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information systems, Data Science, or a relevant field.

0 -1 years of experience or a prior internship experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst / Data Engineer

Working Conditions:

Currently, the team provides 365-day nightly support including weekends and holidays.

Work Hours - 11 PM - 5 AM Eastern.
