System Integration Specialist. This pivotal role will be a key part of our Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) team, focusing on integration and testing in a dynamic environment. You'll play an essential role in technical tasks ranging from test development to system integration, verification, and validation activities. Your ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams will be your key to success.
What you can expect: - Review design documents to generate test procedures and define test environments.
- Prepare and execute test cases to validate software, network, and infrastructure functionality.
- Develop thorough evaluation processes ensuring comprehensive validation.
- Conduct system assessments to verify integrated component functionality.
- Document test results and any defects meticulously.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to Team Leads.
- Analyze data to demonstrate compliance with technical requirements.
- Evaluate system performance under diverse conditions.
- Conduct detailed examinations to verify functionality.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Produce and review technical documentation with clarity.
- Engage with stakeholders, both internal and external, with strong communication skills.
- Be prepared to work occasionally in classified environments, including at customer locations.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years' experience.
- Proven test experience in systems and integration testing.
- Expertise in analyzing technical requirements and creating test scenarios.
- Experience in designing functional and non-functional test cases based on specifications.
- Ability to estimate and plan immediate tasks independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of thriving independently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Active SECRET clearance is required.
- Residents of the North Alabama area or candidates willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL, are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in software and hardware testing.
- Familiarity with C-UAS systems integration and testing.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Background working on radar systems.
- Experience with command-and-control software systems.

Pay range: $67,600.00 - $122,200.00. Please note that the pay range is a guideline and actual compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.
