System Integration and Test Generalist

As a System Integration and Test Generalist. You'll lead system integration, qualification, and verification efforts, innovate and execute tests, and collaborate with various teams to ensure mission success. This is your chance to be at the forefront of defense technology.

Responsibilities:
Lead System Integration, Qualification, and Verification
Innovate and execute Subsystem/System-level tests
Prepare and manage test equipment and facilities
Perform Environmental and Acceptance Testing (ESS, EMI, Thermal, ATP, FTP)
Collaborate on ICD maintenance with functional groups
Ensure test readiness and participate in reviews
Support ground and flight test events
Coordinate with Reliability, Software, Electrical, and Mechanical teams
General Job Description:
Plan, implement, and test integration solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components
Translate customer needs into system test solutions
Establish specifications and solve interface problems
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
Coordinate testing activities and analyze results
Document and resolve discrepancies
Required Experience/Skills:
Active Secret Clearance
2-4 years in Missile Development
2-4 years in Electronic and Mechanical Testing
Desired Experience/Skills:
Missile/platform missile integration experience
1-3 years in Cameo/Model-Based Systems Engineering
