System Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Summary: Provide operations and maintenance (O&M), system engineering, and application development for Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and newly developed and/or customized applications for Sponsor systems. Responsibilities and Duties: Maintains a strong awareness of technical trends in information technology. Develops and maintains a strong awareness of on-going IT projects and business unit requirements. Develops end-to-end cost analysis for projects; ensures systems being developed comply with the enterprise technical architecture. Experience Needed: Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly Demonstrated experience as a developer. Demonstrated experience with configuration management. Demonstrated experience with system or process evaluations, including identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system or process. Demonstrated experience with requirements analysis and definition. Demonstrated experience with creating professional presentations using PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, and Visio. Demonstrated experience using software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar to create user stories, plan sprints, or track work requirements. Optional Skills: Demonstrated experience supporting Operational Technologies. Demonstrated experience with technical threats and mitigations. Demonstrated experience serving operational missions in an operational or technical capability. Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in contingency planning and continuity of operations to ensure critical activities are maintained during emergencies. Demonstrated experience creating project plans, managing scope, schedule, and budget. Demonstrated experience working closely and collegiately with varied counterparts. Demonstrated experience with fostering and facilitating strategic partnerships across organizational boundaries to positively impact delivery. Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Bachelor's Degree in technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
