Responsibilities:

System Design:

Develop and design control systems, instrumentation, and automation solutions for plant equipment and processes.

Integration: Integrate various subsystems (such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS) to create a cohesive and efficient plant-wide system.

Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to plant systems, ensuring minimal downtime.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Maintenance:

Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and preventive measures. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering.

Experience:

Prior experience in industrial automation, control systems, or process engineering.

Skills:

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).

Knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems. Familiarity with P&IDs (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).

• Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and team work skills.
