System Engineer 5 with Security Clearance

Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a System Engineer Level 5 for a great opportunity on our Prime Program in the Annapolis Junction area. TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time. The ideal candidate will need to have: Deep understanding of multiple communications technologies, virtualization, systems architecture, and infrastructure for IT systems and SIGINT platforms. Proficient in designing, interpreting, and modifying System and Network Engineering Drawings (Visio, Adobe) Expertise in system and network administration across diverse platforms, including Linux and Windows environments. Extensive experience in network and data processing system integration, hardware and software configuration, deployment, and sustainment. Understanding/experience in Cisco networking, including routers, switches, and security protocols. Skilled in network and data processing system integration, including rack and stack installation, cabling, testing, and troubleshooting. Understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices. The ability to create detailed system documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (JIRA and Confluence). Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Sharepoint. Requirements An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with a Poly required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time. Fifteen (15) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. IAT level IIbaseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required.
