Position Summary: The System Analyst for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing system solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the EHR. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform supports our mission of providing high-quality behavioral health services.

RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Proficient in SQL and data reporting
  • Skilled in credentialing
  • Analyze and document system requirements and workflows for the EHR.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Train staff in the use of clinical and other systems.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within clinical and other systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to behavioral health software and system analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • AA Degree in Information Technology required, Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably with a background in behavioral health or medical software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration:
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
