Systems Analyst (Oracle)
- Position: Systems Analyst (Oracle)
- Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-site)
- Compensation: Up to $145,000/year W2

Responsibilities:
- Develop and convert complex financial reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Facilitate work sessions with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather reporting requirements.
- Analyze, document, and perform gap analysis on existing legacy reports (including mainframe reports).
- Translate business requirements into clear reporting blueprints and comprehensive technical designs.
- Design efficient report conversion methods with enhanced filtering, exporting, and visualization.
- Perform full lifecycle testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) for all reports.
- Document all business rules, testing procedures, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates to the ITS-BSE Project Manager.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and complete required project documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of Systems Analyst experience focused on developing reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Strong experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle and SQL databases.
- Experience integrating Oracle Analytics Cloud with diverse data sources.
- Proficiency in BI tools, data modeling, and data warehouse concepts.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Skilled at developing, visualizing, and presenting insights through dashboards, reports, and charts in OAC.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving reporting functionality issues.
- Experience designing and executing thorough testing processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience using ETL tools (such as Oracle Data Integrator) for moving and transforming data.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) in support of OAC environments.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
