QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Five years of experience with SSIS.

• Five years of experience with SSRS.

• Five years of experience developing applications in C .Net.

• Five years of experience with HTML5.

• Five years of experience with MVC.

• Eight years of experience with Visual Studio.

• One year of experience with Azure DevOps.

• Eight years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.

• Five years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements.

• Five years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption.

• Five years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers.

• Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices.

• One year of experience Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration.

• Five years of experience developing web-based applications.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
