Requirements

Position Summary:

Joining the WIN team as a Systems Analyst I is an integral role within the Internal IT Department, and as such, all ideas, input, and constructive recommendations will be highly valued. Our team model is designed to optimize flexibility, creativity, and productivity. This position requires a highly motivated team player who enjoys learning and being part of a forward thinking and customer service-oriented culture. You will assist in managing and maintaining endpoints for our internal company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Support enterprise endpoints (computer, cell phone, and desk phone), including imaging, installation, auditing, diagnostics, configuration, ordering, and troubleshooting

• Communicate technical information and instructions to customers

• Create, maintain, and execute on documentation, SOPs and standards to improve support and efficiency offered to customers

• Use ticketing system to promptly respond to customer requests, as well as document issues and progress

• Research, test, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications installations, updates, and upgrades

• Research, test, and troubleshoot 3rd party application installations, updates, and upgrades

• Order, install, and troubleshoot peripheral devices

• Perform IT orientation and onboarding training for new employees

• Follow change management procedures

• Provide and participate in ongoing cross-training to team members

• Maintain inventory of licensing and equipment

• Support and troubleshoot customer issues with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and other Microsoft 365 applications

• Work with vendors to provide advanced troubleshooting and administration of hardware, software, or cloud applications

• Basic management of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environment

• Manage and maintain permissions on file and folder structures and internal applications

• Advocate for and maintain strong cyber security principles

• Support equipment, software, internal networks, and cloud applications

• Perform any additional job-related duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and provide our Members with industry leading customer service.

Technical Skills:

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Microsoft 365 Applications

• Technical troubleshooting ability

• Enterprise desktop/laptop support

• Understanding of networking, switching, routing and firewalls

• Active Directory administration concepts

• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts

Qualifications:

Possess an associate degree in related field or 2 years of related experience.
