Position Summary General Summary/Responsibilities: The Systems Analyst supports and analyzes Fidelity's IT Systems, including PC workstations, laptops, servers, peripherals, software and telephones. Also provides support of communications on WAN/LAN as well as remote connectivity. He/She provides project support as required
DIMENSIONS : Support of IT Systems including all hardware and software
Analyzes current hardware and software to make recommendations
Participates in identifying, planning and deploying Fidelity's IT needs
Provides IT support for daily operations
Qualifications Education Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree
Additional requirements: Type of degree : associates
Area of study or major : Computer Science, MIS Computer Engineering or related degree or 3-5 years of related experience with demonstrated knowledge.

Good analytical and problem solving skills are essential Strong training and customer service skills. Ability to work independently
