Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst to enhance and expand standard processes within IQMS ERP (now DELMIAworks) and related applications. This role plays a critical part in optimizing business operations, streamlining processes, and addressing new requirements to support company growth.

As the Systems Analyst, you will work closely with a small, collaborative team to configure ERP systems, design custom reports, and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders. Your expertise in IQMS/DELMIAworks and core business systems will drive the success of manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage ERP systems to support business operations.
  • Design and develop Crystal Reports to meet business needs.
  • Analyze reports and data to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Implement and maintain IQMS/DELMIAworks applications and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address evolving business requirements.
Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks across various modules.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing Crystal Reports.
  • Strong ERP implementation and support experience, preferably with IQMS/DELMIAworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments.
Preferred:
  • Experience in plastics manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with multiple ERP systems and multi-ERP environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and/or Oracle.
  • Experience integrating IT systems during company acquisitions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing quality management systems (QMS).
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and business intelligence systems.
  • Experience managing IT projects in multi-site organizations.
Position Details
  • Travel: Up to 25% travel (approximately 1-2 trips every two months).
  • Team: Report to the Hiring Manager and collaborate within a small, tight-knit team of five members.
  • Start Date: Immediate need with a structured multi-stage interview process.
