Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and system requirements for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and align system configuration with business processes.
- Support and execute end-to-end testing with Legacy and third-party systems.
- Develop detailed documentation of system functionality and workflows.
- Assist with training and provide coordination support for implementation activities.
- Collaborate using Microsoft Teams, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and planning sessions.
Required Experience:
- 8 years of business analysis experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
- 8 years of implementation experience with Accounts Receivable and Billing modules
- 8 years of experience conducting fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering
- 8 years of experience in end-to-end integration testing with third-party systems.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- 2+ years working with Microsoft Teams in a large collaborative environment.
Preferred Experience:
- 4 years supporting public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- 2 years working with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials
- 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- 2 years of experience using SharePoint
- 1 year of experience using Jira
- 1 year working within a Scrum framework
- 1 year of experience with STAT
This is a hybrid role with onsite presence required every Thursday. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Austin, TX to be considered.
