Job Summary:
The System Analyst II position is responsible for the implementation, support & inventory control of applications and services within the bank. This position will develop and prepare solutions for issues that affect business processes and efficiency. This role will work with peers, internal customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and/or apply solutions to system issues reported. This role will also serve as a technical liaison between external vendors and internal users. In addition, they work closely with their peers to assist in user requests through analyzing business issues/requirements, analyzing workflows (when applicable), and providing timely results. The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in team environments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Implementation & use of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Implementation & use of SQL Sever Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • Implementation of software upgrades and patches
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and integrations between systems
  • Create technical documentation to aid peers with installation, maintenance and troubleshooting guides
  • Implement problem management into recurring issues
  • Work alongside IT engineers, Database Administrators and IT Security to consistently apply best practices when doing Updates/Upgrades
  • Required to work afterhours and on weekends as needed for projects and high time critical events

EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Bachelor's degree in IT related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Advance knowledge of SQL server database, functions and coding ability (SQL server syntax and terminology)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server 2012 or higher functionality
  • Intermediate knowledge of Visual Studio 2019 or higher to create automated reports through SSIS
  • Intermediate knowledge of IIS & other web services/servlets.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10 Operating System and web servers & services
  • 5+ years technical experience in working with complex systems & RDBMS, complex software troubleshooting, Networking topology how it interacts with Web and Application services.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional certifications, A+ Certifications are a plus but not required.
