Responsibilities:The Epic Cadence Analyst will be responsible for implementing new or revised system requirements or procedures within Epic. This role will assist in activities of project team and act as a source for direction, training and guidance for less experienced departmental staff.
- Provide support for Epic Cadence applications, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals and requirements.
- Utilize your expertise in Cadence applications to streamline scheduling, referral, and registration processes, improving patient access and experience.
- Demonstrates service excellence and positive interpersonal relationship in dealing with others.
- Prepare documentation and assists in documenting and defining workflows in collaboration with team members and operational users.
- Identifies, manages, and communicates issues and risks, for supported applications.
- Collaborates with peers to create and maintain standard team specific documentation. Instrumental in maintaining, and consistently participates in improving standards of documentation.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, or equivalent education / experience.
- Certifications in the Epic Cadence application and/or other related Epic applications.
- Three years: Healthcare IT experience.
