System Administrator with Security Clearance

Description Provide technical support to customers including basic inquiries, basic troubleshooting, break/fix needs, and touch maintenance at Tier 1 through remote administrative tools or verbal guidance Create and execute break/fix tickets for Tier 2 and Tier 3 needs Support the testing and installation of system patches Support hardware disposition needs on assets like sanitization facilitation, excessing old or no longer needed assets, or CD and hard drive destruction when necessary Maintain an accurate inventory and conduct stock planning Maintain and manage the queue of incident requests (IRs) Adapt to new technologies, new situations, and short deadlines as needed Support and respond to customer requirements identified by executing daily walks and check-ins Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training: High School Diploma, or equivalent required Associate's Degree in management or other relevant discipline preferred Must have, or obtain within 6 months of start date, a DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as CompTIA Security+ CE or higher Experience: 0+ years of professional experience in the required task area Experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems Security: Must be a US citizen Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Interim Secret Clearance Preference will be given to candidates with an active DoD issued Clearance at level Secret or higher Physical Requirements: Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.) Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development Wellness Resources
