What You'll Do:
- Conduct recurring client site visits to perform hands-on infrastructure reviews
- Evaluate IT environments against internal standards and flag potential risks
- Collaborate closely with vCIOs to shape and support long-term tech strategies
- Serve as the technical point of contact for alignment and client satisfaction
- Keep documentation sharp, consistent, and accessible across the team
- Pitch in with the Service Desk and Projects team about 50% of the time
Tech Stack & Tools You Should Know:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy
- ConnectWise, Ninja, Kaseya, or similar RMM platforms
- Networking gear: Cisco, Meraki, UniFi (other experience welcome)
- Windows Server Environments, Adobe Suite, hardware & infrastructure essentials
