Experience Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related role Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users and collaborate across multiple teams and external entities Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and priorities to meet customer deadlines Excellent organizational skills in maintaining documentation of system configurations and procedures, and providing reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities Experience providing technical support to end users: monitoring system performance, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, optimizing network performance, managing system backups and recovery processes, and implementing necessary upgrades and patches Ability to install, configure, administer, manage, and maintain network infrastructure (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and Windows physical and virtual server environments/operating systems Experience with managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems, networks, and applications: including creating, enabling, provisioning and deactivating user accounts A strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Desired Qualifications: Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or a DoD, Army, or Joint Staff classified program Experience as a U.S. Army Information Management Officer and/or coordinating across multiple organizations including Signal Brigades, Army offices, INSCOM, DoD CIO, DIA, GISA, NEC Experience with unified communications (VoIP Phones, DVTC, VTC) installation, configuration, and management Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS) Ability to assist in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology deployments Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders across teams to problem solve and recommend and implement system improvements Experience with Kanban, Agile, or project management applications and methodologies Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Network+, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification(s) DNS, DHCP) and network configuration. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Expertise in cybersecurity principles and tools.
