Akkodis is seeking a
System Administrator role for a
Contract job with a client in
Waltham, MA (Hybrid) . The ideal candidate must have experience in designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on integrating security tools and best practices.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
System Administrator job responsibilities include: - Designing and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines, ensuring security tools are integrated at every stage of the process.
- Automating infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Implementing and managing security tools for vulnerability scanning, static/dynamic code analysis, and penetration testing.
- Collaborating with development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (e.g., SAST/DAST, code reviews).
- Developing and enforcing security hardening standards and guidelines for systems and applications.
- Monitoring security alerts and logs and responding to security incidents to protect organizational assets.
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, DevSecOps, and security automation.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing security tools for vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and code analysis.
