We are a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider based in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Level III Support Technician to join their team. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as the top-tier escalation point, work directly with clients on advanced IT issues, and play a key role in project delivery and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
• Resolve complex technical issues as the final escalation point across server, networking, cloud, and security environments
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud transitions (Microsoft Azure, M365, private datacenter)
• Mentor Level I and II technicians and help establish best practices
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues
• Collaborate with clients on IT strategy, compliance efforts, and technology roadmaps
• Interface with vendors and third-party services to ensure smooth technical operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure process adherence
What You Bring
• 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, including 2+ years in a senior or escalation role at an MSP
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Advanced Microsoft 365 admin skills (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, firewalls, and backup/disaster recovery tools
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Clear communication skills and a commitment to high-level client service
