Job Description Ennoble First is seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator with Linux expertise and Fidelis administration experience to join our team. The selected candidate will work individually or within small integrated teams to develop secure and reliable solutions for enterprise computer systems. Responsibilities include systems administration of cyber tool sets, networked servers, and infrastructure across multiple classification domains. The role requires troubleshooting, system monitoring, operating system configuration, software management, and support of Linux and Windows environments. Primary Responsibilities: Perform system administration of cyber toolsets and server systems supporting multi-domain environments.
Install, configure, and manage Fidelis DLP & XPS appliances, including DirectSensor 10G, Mail DLP, and CommandPost.
Analyze Fidelis system logs, security logs, and network events to ensure optimal performance and security compliance.
Maintain, patch, and update Linux operating systems and applications.
Support remote system administration via SSH and troubleshoot Linux OS updates and configurations.
Assist with Fidelis training and maintain a minimum of 10+ hours of current Fidelis training (e.g., Udemy or Self-Paced training with completion certificates).
Deploy, configure, and maintain cybersecurity monitoring tools within classified and unclassified environments.
Provide troubleshooting support for server, storage, and network devices to ensure seamless system functionality.
Assist with Configuration Management, software builds, and configuration audits to ensure system integrity. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
Experience installing/configuring security tools and applications, including Fidelis.
Ability to analyze Fidelis system logs, troubleshoot stack/network issues, and maintain operational readiness.
Hands-on experience operating and maintaining Linux servers, including updates, patches, and system optimization.
Familiarity with Windows environments, including Active Directory, policy management, and system administration.
High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years of experience, OR Associate's Degree and 5+ years of experience, OR Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience.
Active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND).
Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M CSSP - Infrastructure Support (IS) Certification (e.g., CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND) before start date. Desired Skills: Experience managing Microsoft Windows and Linux environments.
Previous experience as a SOC Analyst, Hunt Analyst, or DLP Analyst, with hands-on Fidelis DLP administration.
Familiarity with DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements.
Experience with automated deployments and configuration management.
Knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy Management.
Familiarity with Git, Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), and Microsoft Visio.
CSSP - Infrastructure Support (IS) Certification (CEH, CySA+, GICSP, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, Cloud+, or CND).
