Looking for a senior level system administrator for Exchange on-premises. The System Administrator is responsible for support, configuration, maintenance, and operations of both hardware and software of the Windows Exchange Server environment. Active Directory experience preferred. Primary Functions/Job Description Maintain, upgrade, build, and implement Exchange System Be responsible for email security and compliance Be responsible for SMTP configuration, routing, and security Perform daily monitoring of environment including hardware, applications, key processes, and scheduled jobs Maintain, support, and administer corporate email in Exchange 2016/2019 services Maintain, support, and administer mail gateway and spam filtering technologies emphasis on DMARC and DKIM technologies Be responsible for email spam filter configuration Develop, maintain, and contribute to procedural documentation Maintain current version of Exchange - patching/hotfixes Manage user accounts and access to systems Manage ticket and issues sent to System Administrator queue Manage Shared Mailboxes and Public Folders Other duties as assigned Preferred Skills Understanding of A/D objects and layout Experience with domain administration, mail gateways, and spam filtering Active Directory and Exchange in-depth knowledge Expert knowledge of Windows Server systems (Win2016/Win2019/Win2022/Win2025) Expert in Windows Desktop platforms (Win10/Win11) and Outlook application Outlook on Macintosh knowledge a plus Knowledge of Exchange Clustering concepts (DAG) Expert in Exchange PowerShell Requirements: Ability to work in team environment and individually Familiarity with SMTP, MX Records, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP, and TLS Minimum of 6 years IT experience in Exchange System Administration role Problem troubleshooting and solving ability Excellent written and oral communication skills including documentation Ability to learn new technology and skills quickly Benefits include: Competitive Wages Medical, Dental and Prescription Plan 401(k) Program with Company Match Paid Vacation Sick / Personal Pay (SPP) Employee Discount Life Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD) Flexible Spending Plan Holiday Pay Integris Clinic and Pharmacy on campus Chaplain Services on campus Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer For reasonable accommodation of disability during the hiring process call .
