System Administrator for a
Contract job with a client in
Dallas, TX/ Tampa, FL/ Jersey City, NJ(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will manage, secure, and optimize our Kafka clusters, ensuring efficient performance and seamless data integration.
Rate Range: $
45.45 /hour to $
60.61 /hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
System Administrator job responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining server infrastructure
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security through regular updates and patches
- Configuring and supporting network systems
- Implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+years of Experience in system administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Expertise in network protocols and security best practices
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Alok.Jha Pay Details: $45.45 to $60.61 per hour
