Are you the calm in the chaos when servers glitch and networks bottleneck? We're looking for a System Administrator with strong networking expertise to help build, secure, and manage a resilient infrastructure that supports day-to-day business operations across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:
- Architect, operate, and maintain a high-performing, secure, fault-tolerant network infrastructure
- Perform hands-on administration of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and telephony solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement infrastructure that aligns with business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and network issues, acting as an escalation point
- Support, maintain, and document:
- Cisco networking, UCS, and firewalls
- VMware ESXi and Citrix VDI environments
- Hyper-converged infrastructure (Nutanix preferred)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Exchange, and Microsoft SQL
- Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation, including documentation and training
- Manage mobile device management tools and email security platforms
- Create and maintain detailed network diagrams using tools like Visio
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or network engineering
- Strong experience with enterprise networks, Windows environments, virtualization, and scripting (PowerShell or equivalent)
- Clear communication, solid documentation habits, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, VCP, Nutanix, Microsoft)
- Experience supporting organizations with distributed locations or complex infrastructure
- A love for automating repetitive tasks and optimizing systems performance
