What you will be doing. As a system administrator, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network desktops, systems hardware, and software. Requirements: Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the help desk by users of cloud infrastructure Must be able to work Wednesday - Sunday 2 PM to 10 PM Must be available for training Monday - Friday 6 AM to 2 PM or 7 AM to 3 PM Experience and Education: A High School diploma or equivalent with 15 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience. Certification: IAT Level 1 certification required Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
