What you will be doing. As a system administrator, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network desktops, systems hardware, and software.
Requirements: - Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
- Must be a to work Friday - Monday 8pm-6am
Experience and Education: - A High School diploma or equivalent with 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
Certification: - IAT Level 1 certification required
