System Administrator II

Interviewing NOW for a System Administrator II, Tier II
Remote Operations Group.
TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance required.

Hours - Weekend Only Shift - Sat-Sun, Saturday-Sunday 12pm to 10pm

• Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software

• May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

• Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions

• Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites

• Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

Requirements:
HS or GED ad 15 yrs of exp OR
BS and 10 yrs of exp
IAT certification
Must be a US Citizen.

Approximate Salary Range: $93,000- $100,600
