Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the restoration of filesprofiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault
• Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores.
• Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization
• Profile and permission structure knowledge
• Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment

Education/Experience:
HS or GED - 15 Years
Bachelors - 10 Years
TS/SCI w/ FS poly required.
