Position: System Administrator
Location: Toledo, OH
Type: Contract

Role Description:

• Support several different enterprise vendor hardware profiles, Cisco, Crystron, Logitech and Polycom

• Support Logitech and Crestron control system in conference rooms across multiple locations

• Support Event status Audo mixer and Microphone systems

• Support and trin remote offices with Non-IT professionals to ensure seamless meeting setup

• Act as subject matter expert for the design and support of global AV systems
Essential Skills:

• Experience communicating with IT Professionals

• Experience in auto and video broadcasting and on MS Teams, Cisco, Logitech and Crestron Avs

• Cabling , Termination and testing experience

• Strong understanding of audio and video routing

• Experience with event AV and live event planning
Desirable Skills:

• Good Troubleshooting skill, high level of service mind and good interpersonal skills

• Experience in working with and managing various vendors, suppliers and integrators

• Working with various technical team and drive for better services
