  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy and plan for the SAP S/4HANA implementation using the Global Data Migration Playbook as your foundation.
  • Lead a team of data migration specialists and coordinate their activities to ensure timely and accurate data migration by validating workplans weekly to ensure they are managing activities and deliverables with discipline.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, Global Data Team, Application PMs and external partners (Syniti) to gather data migration requirements and define data mapping rules.
  • Design data migration scripts, programs, and tools to extract, transform, and load data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA and Applications.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in leading data migration projects, preferably in SAP environments.
  • Prior experience working with Syniti data migration tools required, as well as other various tools and solutions that apply to SAP data migration implementations (BODS, MDG, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP data migration tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data structures, data objects, and data migration processes. Master Data Management (MDM) based on TIBCO EBX
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Data Services, Power BI / Looker, APIs, or other ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • SAP certification in data migration or related areas is desirable.
  • Must be able to travel to client location at least 3 full days a week and more depending on phase of the project. Travel to Paris may be needed to collaborate with the Global Team
