Key duties
  • Lead a small but highly experienced team
  • Manage Lloyds syndicate reporting in line with Lloyds timetable
  • Handle multiple changes regarding syndicate reporting requirements
  • Challenge the wider finance and underwriting teams
  • Oversee syndicate controls
  • Prepare and manage analytical business performance reviews
  • Develop syndicate forecasts
The Person
  • Strong syndicate reporting technical knowledge and experience
  • Lloyds insurance accounting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pro-active approach
  • Stakeholder management experience
