Key duties
- Lead a small but highly experienced team
- Manage Lloyds syndicate reporting in line with Lloyds timetable
- Handle multiple changes regarding syndicate reporting requirements
- Challenge the wider finance and underwriting teams
- Oversee syndicate controls
- Prepare and manage analytical business performance reviews
- Develop syndicate forecasts
The Person
- Strong syndicate reporting technical knowledge and experience
- Lloyds insurance accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-active approach
- Stakeholder management experience
