Job Title: CNC Swiss Machinist/Programmer $40-$48/hr Job Description We are seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist/Programmer to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Citizen L20, M32, and K16 Swiss lathes, ensuring efficient and precise machining of parts. You will also utilize ESPRIT software to create and optimize programs, handling the full process from operation to troubleshooting.
Responsibilities - Set up, operate, and maintain Citizen L20, M32, and K16 Swiss lathes.
- Utilize ESPRIT software to create and optimize programs for new and existing parts.
- Work off various blueprints and handle the full process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to the supervisor.
- Mentor and train lower-level machinists, helping them develop their skills in setup.
Essential Skills - 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
- Proficiency in Esprit software.
- Fluency in G-code and ability to edit programs.
- High level of blueprint reading required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with shop math.
- Proficiency with measuring tools.
- Understanding of numerical control.
- Experience with CNC Swiss machining.
