Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming and Setup: - Develop CNC programs to meet precise engineering specifications.
- Perform machine setups, including loading programs, selecting and installing tools, and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
- Verify machine settings, offsets, and tool changes to ensure accuracy and precision in all machining operations.
Operation: - Program Star Swiss CNC machines to produce intricate components with tight tolerances.
- Monitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to enhance efficiency and maintain top-tier quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure proper lubrication, cooling, and overall machine functionality.
Quality Control: - Inspect machined parts using precision measuring tools, such as micrometres and callipers, to confirm conformance to engineering specifications.
- Address and correct any deviations from quality standards to maintain the highest production integrity.
Tool Maintenance: - Perform regular maintenance on tools, replacing them as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with management to quickly resolve tooling or equipment issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status US Citizens/ Greencard Holder
Must-Haves Experience in programming and operating Swiss CNC machines, specifically Star models.
Good understanding machining processes, precision measuring instruments, and engineering specifications.
