Description

OVERVIEW

Description:Assists with supervising the swimmers during practices, meets, and other team activities. Maintains current and accurate records pertaining to schedules, attendance, swimmer's time, and line-ups. Assists in coordinating parent volunteers for home swim-meets. Serves as one of the contacts to the Aquatic Supervisor, parents, swimmer, and assigned part-time staff. Enforces pool policies, rules, and regulations and ensures the safety of all participants.

Qualifications:Applicant must have interpersonal skills to greet all parents and work well with children. A basic level inwritten and verbal communication in the English language is required. Selected individuals need to be at least 16 years of age.

Availability: Scheduled hours and shifts vary per week from Junethrough July with 15-20 hours per week which include mornings and swim meets on Wednesday evenings
