Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinates weekly practice schedule and workouts. Working with other coaches to think through practices and offer personalized feedback to swimmers.
- Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members regarding tryouts, progress, and team information.
- Always providing quality customer service to all members and team members. Communicates feedback well to the team and helps maintain the organization of the pool.
- Attends all swim meets as a USA swim certified coach.
Desired Experience/Qualifications: - 3+ years swim coaching
- Experience with Team Unify and Meet Manager is ideal
Certifications - USA Swimming Certified Coach
