Day to day as a Swim Assistant As a Part Time Swim Assistant at Moreau Fitness, your daily expectations will center around fostering a safe and enjoyable swim environment. You'll assist instructors in conducting swimming lessons, ensuring that each participant feels supported and motivated. Preparing equipment, setting up the pool area, and maintaining cleanliness will be vital tasks in your routine.

You'll engage with swimmers of all skill levels, providing encouragement and guidance while monitoring their safety. Additionally, your role will involve communicating with parents and guardians, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their child's progress. Expect to work Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, focusing on summer sessions.
