Responsibilities Help define and deliver a sales technology strategy for our client servicing partners.
Evaluate, analyze, and document business requirements in order to develop the product backlog and drive the roadmap using agile frameworks and tools, in conjunction with maintaining all incoming enhancement and change requests.
Inform the prioritization and execution of key strategic product initiatives and enhancements by partnering with key business stakeholders, technical partners, and executives.
Work with Sr. Product Managers and cross functional partners to build alignment and adoption of business initiatives.
Serve as an ambassador for your client servicing centric product, gathering information from all parts of the business to create valuable outcomes for sales technologies.
Support and release all business readiness activities, including user demos, acceptance testing, and product training.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Product Management in Financial Services or Fintech, ideally working with sales technologies, APIs, or digital applications OR OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience financial Services or Fintech, ideally working with sales technologies, APIs, or digital applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Telephony tools knowledge and experience required
3-7 years experience in sales, banking, or fintech
Demonstrated interest in product development, technology, and industry trends
Scrum or Product Management certification(s) preferred
Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies preferred - Passion for driving toward an exceptional client experience (internal and external)
Good data analysis skills and ability to take a data driven approach to identifying and prioritizing needs
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Creative, strategic thinker with deep intellectual curiosity
Ability to execute with an entrepreneurial spirit
Be familiar with the evolving sales, fintech and banking landscape to inform product lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile lifecycle
