Sustainment Engineer with Security Clearance

Key Responsibilities: Provide sustainment support for embedded systems and related products Support basic hardware design tasks and troubleshooting Assist with production scheduling, ensuring accountability and timely execution Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production operations Participate in quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional experience in general sustainment or related fields Solid understanding of embedded systems Basic knowledge of hardware design principles Proven experience supporting manufacturing processes (non-heavy manufacturing) Experience with production scheduling, tracking, and accountability Desired Qualifications: Versatile background involving embedded systems, hardware design, and production management Demonstrated ability to enforce accountability and efficiently manage execution in a production environment Experience with product lifecycle management and sustainment support activities
