Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all survey activities across multiple projects.
- Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Guarantee that all survey work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

- Provide mentorship and leadership to survey teams, ensuring high-quality performance.
Qualifications:
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS).
- 12 years of experience in survey project management.
- Proficient in survey software and equipment (Carlson, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of survey and pipeline construction methods.
- Familiarity with State Land Survey Requirements and Client standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
